Last call for cheap seats. Early-bird prices for BBL|16 tickets finish tomorrow — Wednesday, 5 November — at 11:59pm venue local time. After that, standard prices kick in for the rest of the season.
The early-bird window has been running since the public sale opened on 20 August. Cricket Australia says the discount depends on the venue and the match, and booking fees are not included, so check the price for your game before the clock runs out (Big Bash FAQ).
Why you shouldn’t wait
The season starts on 12 December with the historic Chennai opener — Melbourne Renegades vs Perth Scorchers, the first BBL game ever played outside Australia. It is already the best-selling match of the season, with more than 5,000 tickets gone in the early sales and extra tickets released after the first batch sold out in 30 minutes. See our full BBL 2027 tickets guide.
Once early bird ends, you are paying full price for everything: the opener, the Boxing Day double-header, and finals tickets when they go on sale later.
In India, Chennai opener tickets sell separately through the District by Zomato app, from ₹1,500. For Australian venues, book through the official BBL channels before tomorrow night.
